I'm running 37s as well, but am on a 2" Mopar lift. Mines strictly a daily driver as well on the stock 3.73 gears. I have no issues with this setup. Took a trip from Nebraska to San Diego and back last May and it drove great. Averaged 17mpg.
It's kind of a known problem with the taillights. From what I understand Oracle usually makes it right. Being that you had them in for a year may make a difference, warranty - wise.
Like sharpsicle said, reach out to them tomorrow
Honestly, my front mud flaps aren't noticeable to me at all. I ordered black with black logo in XL Regular. I have the OEM side steps since the rock rails it had made it difficult for my wife to get in. The RockBlokz blend right in.
It helps that my JT is black too I suppose.
I recently got a front set of RockBlokz mud flaps. I ordered the Front XL Regular Length due to the -12 offset of my wheels & the 37s. They cover my tread completely which was my intent. Very solid product. Didn't see a need for the rears since since the main purpose was to keep crap off of...
Geometry brackets to help with the drivability, but don't discount the front adjustable track bar. Centers the axels up and for me I wanted everything set up as right as I could with mine being my daily driver. I did also get a Clayton rear adjustable track bar to be able to fit my full size...
I bought mine with 35s but knew I would go to 37s when the 35s wore enough. Found a smokin' deal on a set of 5 37s. So, within a month it had 37s on OEM Overland wheels. A couple months later I got new set of wheels... happy now
Take it from my experience 37s look right on the JTs.
First pic...
Yeah, I think you already have a nicely built rig for fun, so you're good there. ;)
For me, I've found that the Mopar 2" lift and a set of 18" wheels and 37s work really well as my daily driver. And is a great driver. The Mopar lift nets you much more than the advertised 2" too.
Took a road...
You just have to make sure your clamps are all the way up and against the metal and not the plastic bed rail covers. I recently installed a tri-fold on mine and made sure where the back of the clamps were contacting.
