  1. Eco diesel Suspension bottoming out on normal roads

Look at the cost of the gasser and that should pretty much give you an answer. So, around $230 for front coils only. I personally do not think 1.5” will solve it. I couldn’t imagine being less than 2” of lift. The mopar springs are a higher spring rate. Most of the lift comes from the higher...
  2. thinking abt getting a '22 diesel rubicon gladiator

You’ll love the diesel in the mountains. My JTRD could pull away from my wife’s WK2 (V6) while we were vacationing in CO this Summer.
  3. Gladiator Diesel Bottoming Out Poll - Let’s get some numbers here.

And you won’t, either. Mopar 2” lift is a guaranteed fix/solution. I figured Jeep wouldn’t ever offer a fix, so I bought abs installed the mopar lift. Problem solved. My wallet is $1,200 lighter and I have a new scar on my knuckle from the install.

Huffines Jeep in Plano has been great for me.
  5. Will mods void the factory warranty?

Any of those will void the warranty for the items you are replacing. many of those items can void the warranty for anything up-stream.
  6. Cover or no cover

No cover needed. The synthetic rope is pretty much/completely blocked from the sun. Everything is designed to get wet. Rain is no issue.
  7. Gladiator Diesel Bottoming Out Poll - Let’s get some numbers here.

Hopefully they offer something. I’d take compensation for the mopar lift I installed to fix the problem.
  8. 2022 Grand Cherokee Trailhawk

They have HUGE sunroofs. I love our ‘21WK2. no locker or disconnect, but we do have the air suspension. I like it. Being an Overland with High Altitude package, the ground effects/skirting makes it not as off-road worthy; but it’ll run circles around just about anything in its class. If I...

I’m happy with my stock LED fogs but thought of getting these and mounting on top of the bumper, aimed downward; foul weather driving. your thoughts?

  11. 35's and Rubicon Rims

“Approved” doesn’t mean disallowed. There is no warning or verbiage that says “don’t” use this. It’s the difference in a “best by” date versus a “use by” date.
  12. Amber DD SS3s best thing since sliced bread

Thoughts on mounting them on top of the bumper?
  13. 35's and Rubicon Rims

Tens of Thousands of people running a 7” or 7.5” rim with a 12.5” wide tire says your dealer and tire rack are wrong. Personally, I have over 200,000 miles of real world experience. Not one failure due to rim size. Not towing 5,000lbs, running just a wee bit above the speed limit in 100+...
  14. Auxiliary switch mod to cutout all exterior lights (including brake lights)

I believe the tazer has a dark mode that will do what you want.
  15. Loose Drag Link Bar and Upper Knuckle Nuts

Don’t touch a thing. Take it straight to your dealer. If you touch it, coood become your fault. There could be some movement, but should be zero movement up and down. In other words, the movement should not be up and down in line with the bolt.
  16. Eco diesel Suspension bottoming out on normal roads

You hit a pothole hard enough, doesn’t matter much. A dip I had to slow down to less than 20mph that my wife’s wk2, kids Nissan Xterra and other kids equinox could take at 30; I can now do at 30+ and it’s MUCH smoother than any of them. The dynamics of a pothole could more easily trigger a...
  17. Lift combination question

    That’ll work
  18. Lift combination question

2” front and 3/4” rear? You’ll eliminate the rake completely. if you want rake for towing/hauling, I’d suggest 2” front and 1.5” rear.
  19. 35's and Rubicon Rims

My discount tire has no issues mounting 12.5” wide tires in stock rubi rims. I’m running 12.5 on stock rubi rims. About 11k miles now, no issues.
