I got mine and installed them in my JL.
I am pretty sure it broke the side that had not been replaced.
As soon as I went to rotate the visor after putting the clip on I heard it snap and the visor then rotated very easily.
It seems to be holding, but now that one visor rotates very easy compared...
Just bought 2 sets of the double screw HD clips.
Had one break on our JL that was fixed under warranty.
Dont even want to deal with this on my JT due to the "stuff" on its visor.
I have been looking for a decent deal on a used one for about 25 years now.
I dont know how things are where you live but those things just dont depreciate here.
10+ year old ones are not that much less than new.
2-3 year old ones are as much as new or more.
Only really ragged ones seem to dip...
The Gladiator is our "comfortable" vehicle.
While this is also a convertible (seriously, for where I live, why own a vehicle that isn't ?) this complements the Jeeps well for us. It gets a bit better mpgs (not that I really care), but it is FUN to drive in ways the Jeeps just aren't.
I've got one of each.
While the one with the gap fillers does allow less crap through, its pretty amazing just how much makes it through that little gap between it and the fender.
The tops of each of the bumpers get covered with crap and both throw it up into the windshield.
Anyone else break the Vestibule pole?
I was barely beginning to bend it and felt it snap.
They do sell replacements @ $10, but its $15 to ship, kind of hate to spend $25 for a pole that might break again.
I have to agree.
We have the basic 5.0 unit in our Wrangler.
Its a radio w/some bluetooth and plug in functions, nothing special, but it hasn't been buggy or slow to respond either.
Yea, I see about $5K adders in many places, but these guys were adding $21K+
Pretty much only the new Broncos are adding that much (or more) around here
Noticed a near by dealer had a wacky high price ($83K+) on a Rubicon listed on FB market place.
Seems that they think both the Gladiator's they have merit this kind of an adder with a $64K+ Sport S too.

Ok, caught 6 of us at the gym tonight, and there are 2 others I have seen there before as well, so 8 of us now.
Not a Wrangler to be found (who says they are more popular ;))
Quite a diversity too.
Black Overland and Blue Willys in the background and the White Rubicon =3
Black Rubicon...
