    Dealerships will use the cheapest oil they can find that meets the Mopar MS-6395 standard. Which means pennzoil is probably not being used or any other big name brand oil you find in stores.

    Are you starting the vehicle for a little bit before you check the oil? Oil settles in the pan after a bit so you have to start it and warm it up before checking the level.

    Ill ask where they are getting the cam bolts for the arms because they did tell me it was not a mopar part. Its a pretty cheap alternative to just buying adjustable arms but it might be just enough to help your situation.

    I'd think about getting adjustable track bars. By lifting you have effectively pulled the vehicle to the side slightly. I asked the guys in the Chrysler shop and most tell me that customers complain about the bump steer after having their mopar kit installed. A lot of track bars and alignment...

    The best thing you can do is find the bumper laws where you will be traveling and read them. Print them out and keep them with you. Every state has their own laws so you can't assume its the same everywhere.

    Always ask for what things are actually covered with these extended warranty coverages. I can't tell you how many times customers would be upset at us because the coverage they bought didn't cover the things that actually broke.
