Well, if anyone was interested in an update... the dealer said they could not recreate the issue and that the sound is normal... despite what everyone has said on here after seeing the video... oh, and they also dropped a garage door on my truck and damaged my top and side rail.
I noticed one of my bed lights hanging out the other day. I'm guessing they must have not been placed in correctly when the bed was sprayed, I place it back in but it seems to stick out on the bottom. Can't really see how to get it to sit flush. How are these supposed to go in. Also, should I...
I noticed when turning the wheel that my steering makes a sound as though air is escaping and it changes depending on the position of the wheel. This may be a stupid question, but is this normal? I'm used to whining sounds from electric assisted steering pumps, but this seemed weird to me...

I've read some conflicting things about when to change the oil in this engine. Some have said 5,000 miles, some have said 10,000 miles. My last car was a modified turbo car, so I had to change that one out every 3500 miles or so. What is your opinion on when I should change the oil on this...
Well, while everyone is getting their laughs in, I just want to clarify...
when the lever is pushed forward, nothing happens. When the lever is pulled it flashes for a millisecond and turns off, holding it in either position does nothing.
I'm guessing I am doing something incredibly stupid...
lol, I know it sounds stupid, but they legitimately do not work. Well, I've found now, at least while driving. It works fine when I'm parked, but while driving the most it will do is a millisecond flash in either direction.
I tried my brights for the first time today. They flash for not even a full second and then shut off. Is this how they're supposed to work?

Great! I don't really see any disadvantages to everything moving to electric aside from the current cost to produce them (which falls back on price for us) and of course, we have to factor in how much electricity the cars consume and how that electricity is produced.(because that may impact the...
How urgently should I be going to get the bed sprayed then if the scratches occurred today? Would waiting a week or two be a problem? The prep process of sanding it before hand should remove any rust? Should I go buy a clear coat touch up pen or something and just go over it for now?
Took my bike to the shop for some repairs today in the bed. Unfortunately, it put some fairly deep scratches in the bed. I have intended to getting the bed sprayed eventually, but haven't got around to doing it. Will these scratches rust? Wondering if I should be in a hurry to get it sprayed...
When purchasing a new set of wheels/tires, do you usually buy a set of 4? or do you buy 5 to have a spare? Was wondering where the spare is kept, I'd assume that if you buy wheels with bigger tires they wouldn't fit under the truck like the OEM spare?
I don’t think I even have cruise control, I didn’t get the safety package, I had it in both of my previous vehicles and never used it once.
The start/stop works most of the time. I’m used to driving manual cars so I don’t really crawl up, feels weird not riding a clutch.
