I don't think you would feel much power loss if any at all. You might notice lower fuel economy and probably in your shift points more than anything but AMW could do a flash to adjust for the larger tires for you.

When I had my 3.6 - with Mopar 2" and 35 I was getting 15 MPG. When I supercharged I was getting 13ish. When I advance to my new powertrain I will be averaging around 13 MPG.

Unfortunately the aux fuel tank would not work along with the long arm lift and some of the other underbody powertrain changes. If I recall correctly AMW4x4 is in R&D stages with plans to eventually bring one to market. As of right now, I am about 250 miles on a tank.
