Yeah. I really like the one by Mount Zion. Its seemless - evens out the weight distribution and is connected to the main tank for an extra 17 gallons.
Its the one I was hoping to utilize.
Yeah - I was lucky enough to do my first build on 18's so everything fit like a glove. Now I am on 17's and to go BACK to Wilwoods on the UD60's I need a 20" wheel.
Its got nothing to do with what you can afford. I give the same respect to a dude driving a bone stock Jeep as I do one with 150k build.
I did my build in stages. Started small with a 2" Mopar lift and 37s and then added a SC.
This was my next stage and there will likely be another.
Good...
Its a statement made with little information and easily misunderstood. Thats why the Hemi Wrangler is also a 20k upgrade from the factory. Doesnt just magically pop in. It will be the same if the Gladiator ever sees a factory Hemi option.
Thats assuming you JUST get a 7k engine. Not thinking about things fully....
Wiring Harness
Transmission
Full 3.5" stainless exhaust
ECM
Brackets
High performance cooling system
Labor removing stock powertrain
Labor modifying and installing new powertrain....
Small things....
Sensors, Intake...
No ones getting "bent over". Us who have done it understand and appreciate the value. Take it from someone who attempted the less expensive alternitive for a power solution up front.....its night and day.
If you want to SC, one of the guys involved in the thread here has a Magnuson for sale...
Not underwhelming at all! I went balls.to the wall on the rest of the build....so just going to do the same with the powertrain!
Nope, I am just slightly over 2k rpms at 82 with UD60 axles - 4.88 gears on 40s.
Yes to one of those. Not going to disclose too much yet because we haven't finalized any details.
It WON'T be a Hellaphant.....but it might not be just a Hellcat.
