Roll worries me far more than pitch. And roll + pitch is a recipe for disaster. Of all the obstacles one faces off-road, I dislike off-camber climbs the most.
Here's a fun video to freak you out:
To be clear: I don’t mind a dealer asking for perfect scores, or even saying “If you don’t think you can give us perfect scores, let us know now and we’ll make it right.”
But this ain’t that. This is just bribery.
Gator looks exactly like it does in the brochure and the Wayout concept. I guess people never checked those before they ordered? Madness. I did a ton of diligence on Punk’n before ordering.
Sure. Don't see why you couldn't, as long as you were willing to pay $$$. The e-disco is about $1,400 for a JK, plus install, wiring, etc. A JL/JT would cost more because it's newer, but probably not a lot more.
I think the biggest issue would be getting it to work with the factory...
Nobody needs a $900 compressor to wheel. A $175 Viair 400P is more than sufficient. Really, most compressors that attach to the battery (rather than the 12V outlet) should do the trick.
Same here. I try and remember to disable ASS every time, but frequently forget. An ASS disable device is next on my purchase list. It’s awful with a clutch.
The "Hex" graphic has been on the Gladiator parts list for a while now, but I don't recall actually seeing it before now. It's up on Quadratec's site.
Very distinctive look, with the way it continues the black C-pillar of the top.
Real life pics:
I've got a Diamondback SE and must say: it's very well-engineered. Also consider that that price includes shipping, there's zero sales tax, and it has a lifetime warranty. Diamondback are definitely expensive but, as they say, "buy once, cry once."
"What are people doing with the big blank dash area in front of the passenger?"
Nothing at all! It provides a nice place for the eye to rest. I love the interior design of the Gladiator, but there's a lot going on. The blank space provides some visual breathing room.
We're going to win so much, you're going to be sick and tired of all the winning.

Ever reach a conclusion that seemed simultaneously obvious and a little too...
That sounds terrifying. Either Jeep hasn't calibrated it properly, or an auto-off function isn't working correctly. For instance, my wife's Mazda CX-5 has auto-braking. In heavy rain, it turns off because it can't "see" the road well enough. A little warning appears on the instrument cluster...
