  1. !!!NEW Product!!! Quake Led FLUSH Taillights are live! Featuring B.A.S.S. Technology - QMT1538

Primary reason I don't like them is they're ugly. Secondary reason is they look like a Durango or Charger.
  2. !!!NEW Product!!! Quake Led FLUSH Taillights are live! Featuring B.A.S.S. Technology - QMT1538

Looking homemade and being homemade are two different things.
  3. What did you do TO your Gladiator today? [ADMIN WARNING: NO POLITICS, NO GUN TALK]

Split the fenders. No going back now. It's a shame because I really like the the look of the full fenders with the DBOR extensions but I want to stuff these 40s.
  4. AAL (American Adventure Lab) Poor Customer Service

Yes, I did. And an invoice came along with it. I just never a confirmation or receipt at the time of order.
  5. AAL (American Adventure Lab) Poor Customer Service

AAL order showed up today! About 4 weeks from order to delivery. Really don't mind waiting for stuff like this, I was just turned off by never receiving a confirmation email and then the discussion in the thread. They did respond to my customer service ticket in 3 or 4 working days. Parts look...
  6. Eco diesel delete

I've been running the AEV/AFE combo for a couple years now, works great.
  7. So annoying

That's crazy this has been an issue on Jeeps for 20+ years. On my '05 the solution was to drop the tank and reach in through the fuel pump hole and remove the check valve at the base of the filler neck and grind down the ridges on the float. They swell up from the ethanol and bind. Did it...
  8. Jeeps Parking Next To Jeeps

When left the hardware store today
  9. Eco diesel delete

Probably just to make it easier for manufacturing, since plenty of people run the stock axle back and it's a flat flange. I prefer v-band clamp above all the others, myself.
  10. TJ D44 axle vs JT M220 axle

Just for fun, I've never seen the two side by side. On the left is the stock rear (passenger) D44 axle shaft from my 05 TJ Rubicon. On the right is a new M220 rear (passenger) axle shaft for my '22 JT Rubicon EcoDiesel. Just found this interesting as people continue to suggest the new...
  11. ECU/PCM clone process & pricing

Although I get the annoyance he isn't conveying knowledge he has up front, it's also sort of your job as a person shipping internationally to figure out what you're doing. You can't really blame him for that. All he rightfully cares about is that he receives it. He's already figured out his end...

You have everything for a turbo to axle exhaust. The factory axle-back will bolt up. Also looks like you opted out of the resonator. THIS is the exhaust gasket for the over axle joint I would have used if I were to perform such a conversion. You don't know how good you have it.
  13. ECU/PCM clone process & pricing

Yup no surprise brokerage fees with USPS. You just need to fill out their customs form yourself but it's really pretty simple.
  14. ECU/PCM clone process & pricing

I did USPS. Labeled it as repair and return. Can't remember for sure but it think it was well under a hundred ::edit:: I went back and checked my account. It was $36.70 shipped from MN.
  15. Diesel badge

Could just be that it's a stupid ask to begin with.

Rock Krawler Pro-X? Looking to do the same. Haven't crawled under yet to see if the def tank is the only thing in the way. It's good to have more affordable options, but given material cost and quality of the fabrication I absolutely disagree that the EOC-offered T&S Speed Shop exhaust is...
  17. GOBI Gladiator JT Club

40x13.5r17 Cooper STT Pros on it now and in that photo. 37x12.5 of the same tires in the earlier photos like the one in post #1070
  18. GOBI Gladiator JT Club

Thanks. A little more stout now, and the pile of parts is growing in the garage. Of course there's not much more planned for it cosmetically. Just running gear upgrades.
  19. Should I weld the tubes to the housing in the rear?

Not to continue to steer the thread away from the initial conversation, but has anybody ever rebuilt Rock Krawler joints? Or can tell me how they compare to a Johnny Joint, for instance? I was planning on going Core4x4 JJ arms all around but the triangulated rear is really tempting. Also...
