That's not normal IMO. I have a dual battery setup with only small Group 25 Full Throttle AGM's and I run a big ARB Elements 63qt. My temp is set at 28*F and MED. I've survived nights in Moab during the summer. Maybe something happened to the BB with the Redarc?
So I am just taking a stab at this for you and I can delete this post if it's false, but the SBI12 is NOT designed to work with Lithium batteries (which I ASSUME is your Battle Born)
I think you'd either need the SBI12-LLD or a designated charger like the BCDC1225. It doesn't seem that the...
Wow, never heard of them before but their stuff looks really clean and well built. Thanks for sharing and please let us know how your rear bumper turns out.
These are the ones I've been keeping tabs on... but I'd personally try to do whatever it takes to keep something in the OEM location.
https://www.relentlessfabrication.com/collections/jeep/products/2018-current-jt-gladiator-rear-bumper?variant=39889299177607 is the bumper and...
I might be numb from paying "overland" prices over the years, but yes it's worth it. Step 22 gear is very well made and I like the material options. What really impresses me the most is how well thought-out their pieces are in terms of function and form. How much stuff you can cram into such a...
Hold that thought...be right back
Just crammed my wife's big puffy parka and 3 other puffy coats in my modified JL attic. It was empty and straps pulled fairly tight to begin (paracord loose) and the lowest point was roughly 35in from seat to net. After cramming all coats in there it sagged to...
Funny, I was going to bring up my old thread with the JL attic that I retrofitted. Honestly, I think my solution is on-par or slightly better than the current JT offering. The biggest issue with the attic in the JT is the rear portion of the net as it hangs lower than the front if just attaching...
While I do own my fair share of Blue Ridge Overland products, I've slowly been amassing my collection of Step 22 gear organizers. These seem to have a great shape and just the right size to fit in the nooks and crannies of the Jeep and AluCab Contour Canopy cupboards. Organization isn't cheap...
I agree with this. I have Synergy Mfg springs (softer than most aftermarket) with Falcon SP2 3.3's and 37's (Load D) running 30psi. Washboard is just rough on a solid axle vehicle. You either go under 5mph or over 35mph to stay on top of it. To your question though, the OEM Rubi takeoffs are...
You know what, I'm in the holiday spirit and I'll make an excel chart for you and post it. To be clear, I'm just a consumer and made this thread because I personally own the AluCab Contour Canopy. I am just compiling facts from each mfg's website. I feel like I touched on the main (3)...
This topic pops up every winter = https://www.jeepgladiatorforum.com/forum/threads/its-cold-again-guess-whos-back-old-st-death-wobble.52242/#post-854980
Personally, I don't experience this in CO winters.
The battery powered piece of the heater is a moot point in my opinion. It only takes 2 D-sized batteries and they only power the ignitor as the unit turns on. I've never replaced my in 3 years. Plus it's always best practice to carry spare batteries for all your devices for a field change.
Yes...
Thanks! All Alu-Cab RTT's are the exact same dimensions. The different "generations" just add new bells and whistles to the existing platform. The newest 3R uses a different process on the lid to give it more rigidity, different aesthetics and very slight weight reduction. I've run all versions...
