I feel your pain. Nothing I have assembled recently has been easy. On the plus side much more comfy with tapping, reaming, grinding and painting now. Here is a pic of the go rhino xrs rack I have been slowly assembling running into one thing after another.
once it is done it is done so I...
Any explanation on why it wore out so fast? I would worry something else is off. That drag link should last just fine with 37” tires. Could be a bad outer end.
I would just replace the drag link outer first. Looks like that can be done sub $100. A proper alignment from a 4wheel specific shop...
I run Falcon 3.5 sp2s and the ride is pretty firm. I run Teraflex springs made to match up with them. The tf springs are pretty lightly sprung. How stiff are AEV springs? If they are on the stiffer side might be pretty rough with the sp2s.
Killer action shots. Getting some excellent articulation. Thanks for the info I am trying to make sense of whats doable wrt flex with fender like those.
As a highline fender enjoyer I will say they turned out pretty good. Nice work with the sawsall ? how much bumpstop you run up front and how much lift? Any good pics fully flexed? I plan to so something similar.
Hmmm wait I see there is a new bracket to essentially extend the links. My guess is the brackets are meant for reuse with stock links. Otherwise remove the brackets run their links.
Hear nothing but good things about those speakers and the fit and finish. I was in line to order some but couldn't wait and just installed some cheap infinity upgrades. I may still swing back and pick some up. Enjoy and get some pics up once installed. Cheers

Thanks for another option I will take a look. I admit I haven't checked them out but they seem to be a very builder friendly option.
Hahah yeah two guys I hung with at EJS22 both had very tricked out TJs and both trailered them to the event. They were excited to talk about their Jeeps, but the...
Haha yeah and he isn't trussed or supported otherwise. Where it cracked looks like stress from the axle tubes trying to get out. Those tubes are no joke in dynatracs the area where his fracture is makes sense. I don't think pumpkin nearly stout by itself for that sort of forces. When they...
Saving for a new build sounds a lot more financially sound. Having seen the stock Raptors out on the dunes I wouldn't even think to try and pour money into my Gladiator to try and match em.
Is that the trailing arms kit? This youtuber [Banned Site] installed those. They work so well he cracked his dynatrac 60 in the rear going fast tho. Pretty amazing kit though the articulation is unrivaled.
