  1. What to do with my Hellcat Gladiator

It seems to me, they wanted a custom tune and more power out of it. I would try to get everything back to stock Hellcat form. Get the sensors back in there, cat, resonators, stock ecu / mapping, & inspect the harness for damage. With someone very experienced with Hellcat builds in general.
  2. Mojave shocks under a diesel?

Here's the link to the bump stop issue. I don't think the Mojave suspension would be a good option in combination with the bump stop. https://www.jlwranglerforums.com/forum/threads/bottomed-out-my-22-jlurxr-today-it-was-some-crazy-xtreme-offorading.101122/page-10#post-2099969
  3. Mojave shocks under a diesel?

My stock XR is 1" from the bump stop compared to a Non XR with 4" on flat ground. There's a huge thread on WranglerForums regarding this issue and bottoming out in stock form. Without going offroad and just small drain dips or train tracks. Jeep extended the bump stops too far in stock form with...
  4. Mojave shocks under a diesel?

Any other Wrangler or Gladiator doesn't bottom out except the XRs and diesels with the extended bump stops. They should have shorter bump stops from the factory, but you're right. You need all of the above to fix the issue. I forgot to mention. My Willys is an XR. I had a Wrangler Sport. As...
  5. Mojave shocks under a diesel?

It will bottom out because of the extended bump stops. I got a Willys Wrangler and they put the extended bump stops. I only have like 1" of travel. ? You have to get a lift.
  6. Oil change at dealership led to huge engine problems

They probably forgot the old oil filter gasket when they pulled the old one. A double gasket will do that.... *from experience. ?
  7. Adding Power Locks to a Sport - Success !

I think you're in the right track. I remember one person that was successful using the remote start kit & enabled both at the dealership using the sales codes. That person also struggled to find a dealership that would do it. Eventually, he found one though. He basically walked them through the...
  8. New Jeepsteel.com tail lights installed!

I had an 18 JLU with corrosion / paint issues on just about every panel. It's a huge issue on Wranglers. We might see issues pop up on the Gladiators. I would avoid any aftermarket steel parts touching the aluminum.
  9. New Jeepsteel.com tail lights installed!

I thought the bedsides were aluminum. ??‍♂️
  10. Parked close to a new Bronco today.

I must be the minority to prefer the plastic over soft touch leatherette on panels. I prefer the panels on the base Jeeps. Easier to clean and more durable.
  11. New Jeepsteel.com tail lights installed!

I hate to be the debbie downer after all these comments, but that's just asking for corrosion. If that metal ends up rubbing into the paint. You will end up corroding the aluminum. That would piss me off. ?
  12. Mojave from F150?

I had both Wranglers JLUs on 35s with a lift and a stock Gladiator Willys. I actually prefer the Gladiator over the Wrangler for a few reasons. Pros 1. Daily Driving / Way less twitchy side to side on the highway (most important to me) 2. Under back seat storage 3. Utility of the bed 4. No...
  13. Jeep dealership won't check mechanical damage until finished with body work

My friend actually quit as a claims adjuster recently. The part shortages were a nightmare. Making the situation worse, used car values doubled at times. This meant that a lot of cars were not able to get totalled that should get totalled. Increasing his work load and demand for parts. Every day...
  14. GPS Freezes when using Waze on Android Auto

It is an issue with Waze and Android Auto. This is a problem with a wired and wireless connection. My OnePlus 8t on Android 12 does the same thing. I had these issues with the Mazda and Jeep. Both 2022s.
  15. Jeep dealership won't check mechanical damage until finished with body work

I just sold a 22' Mazda CX5 due to a similar situation. It was cosmetically damaged in a sandstorm and lightly clipped in a parking lot in Vegas. (same day) My best friend was a claims adjuster and told me what shop was the best in the area. They flat out told me, I would be looking at months...
  16. Bubbling paint !

@ShadowsPapa I've seen corrosion on other cars before. The Wranglers / Gladiators are probably some of the worst I've seen. Corrosion happens sometimes. But almost every single hinge, door, panel, etc. If you have to fix a hood or a fender. I still think it's reasonable. Now, most of the...
  17. Bubbling paint !

I got rid of my 18' Wrangler because of corrosion and got my 21' Gladiator. They issued the TSB for the JT corrosion and had to replace an axle at 5k miles. I got rid of it. I just got a $3700+ coupon to buy another Jeep. Until this gets fixed and Jeep explicitly states that they have updated...
  18. Paint flaking / bubbling on 2020 JT

Corrosion will probably continue in the future. With doors & hinges. My Wrangler did pretty well for the first two years with minor corrosion and then very quickly corroding after that.
  19. PLEASE HELP -- Noise in rear?

It's probably just a bushing somewhere or shocks. It happens with rubber and movement.
  20. Why I sold my Gladiator

Well, I just wanted to share my story about why I sold my Gladiator. Some people don't like opinions. If this is you, it would probably be best to move on. I actually really liked my 21' Jeep Gladiator Willys Sport. I planned on keeping it and sold my daily driver 19' VW Jetta to dump more...
