Thank you both for the responses. I was trying to stay within an hour or so from Houston, but it sounds like Hidden Falls may be the best solution.
Is that set up fairly well in terms of hard trails vs easier ones?
Thanks again.
Thank you, Ted Striker, this is very helpful. I am guessing you have not gone out to General Sam's. I will begin focusing on that based on your comments.
“How is the front supported?”
It looks like it’s leaned up against the wall. According to the link he provided the platform is 30 inches wide. The roofs go out to 42 inches.
I’m thinking about breaking into the off-road experience sometime in May.
For you guys that have done both, which one would you recommend for a first timer?
I’m having the same issue with the Magnaflow Rock Krawler. The drone at 70 miles an hour is very annoying. I am looking for a fix. Wish I would’ve read this thread sooner.
ElevationJeeps installed my Magnaflow Rock Krawler exhaust (#19486). The Youtub videos capture the sound pretty well.
The only thing I was not expecting that now I hear all the gear changes. Before, I did not notice when it changed gears. It does have a bit of a drone to it above 70MPH.

Sweet deal.
One thing I may miss if I end up going to the 35s… I really love looking in the wheel well and seeing those fox shocks and the suspensions; it just looks special.
