I had my roof off because I was installing the hotheads headliner and sound assassins.
I have family coming into town this weekend so I will not be able to make the Gilman event. I thought about that St. Louis pass to Matagora Drive… I hope to take that in the future.
I agree with Reo Cook, out of the gate River Oaks was more willing to work with me on price. However it wasn’t close to the deal that it got from Gupton motors near Nashville Tennessee.

@Shopshirt, I was getting hit hard in Tennessee and then the further west I got the wind got calmer. But to answer your question, I got 16.4 mpg, by the time I got to Dallas. I was down to 15 while I Tennessee, then gas mileage improved.
Made it home with my Gladiator. Got to experience driving with a consistent wind of over 15 mph. New to Jeep, so I can appreciate the past comments in in context.
it seems like the top of my steering wheel was pointed at 12:30 for most of the trip to counter the wind… probably not literally...
In preparing a list as I await my Mojave, an obvious potential upgrade is the air intake and the exhaust.

With the Mojave, the MOPAR CAI is not recommended for some reason, plus the cut out vent would cut into the sticker. Another after market CAI with a vent near the windshield...
