  1. Maguson supercharger installed on the Mojave, and why TVS is better than Centri

Since you’re the local expert on tuning here, any way to get the powertrain to operate in the aggressive mode it runs in during Offroad+ while in 2hi?
  2. ***Official Mojave Thread*** Lets talk Mojaves

Interesting that it’s missing. Someone else commented on late-build ā€˜21s having different TMPS sensors, I wonder if due to the chip shortage they had to switch to sensors that don’t support tire fill alert (ā€œnormalā€ tire pressure sensors don’t update frequently enough for tire fill alert to be...
  3. Max tow max tow max tow.

    Nobody wants the 3.8.
  4. Better air filter?

The AEV and Jeep Performance snorkels specifically list that they are not compatible with the Mojave. The Hauk one won’t work either as the Mojave’s cowl is taller and the connectors won’t reach. It’s also a bad place for an intake if you’re trying to keep dust out as it’s low down and in a low...
  5. Where is the Gladiator 1 touch top option?!

That’s a risky move. I’ve seen some pretty mangled soft tops from trying to open them while moving.
  6. Where is the Gladiator 1 touch top option?!

Occupational hazard. Honestly, while the existing tops work for me even I would have splurged for a power slider like the JL has instead of the dual top group. Super convenient when I'm already on the move and want some fresh air? Don't have to find an overpass to hide under while I close it if...
  7. Where is the Gladiator 1 touch top option?!

You guys are assuming that all JT drivers are 6' tall men. I love pulling the freedom panels on the rare nice day in cooler months, and dropping the soft top in the summer months, but I am a 6' tall man. My wife is 5'2. If I'm not around and she's driving the Jeep then there's no way she can do...
  8. First REAL towing with the Gladiator Overland -- 4900 pounds tow load

All Mojave's have 4.10s. They're limited to 6000# due to the softer suspension and anti-sway bars. All the other components you mention are exactly the same.
  9. Better air filter?

Sounds like I'll just need to buy a stack of OEM (or similar) filters for now. Keeping my fingers crossed for a snorkel option that works on the Mojave. Maybe this winter I'll see if I can rig something up myself.
  10. New Maximus-3 Products in the Works! Rear Sliders, Hoop & Snorkel

13 *inch* round lights? Are you mounting aircraft search lights to your bumper?
  11. So disappointed in this Diesel platform; wish there was a return policy.

I haven’t researched the eco-d, but a lot of modern turbo vehicles have an six electric oil pump that circulates after shutdown. Could be the same thing here.
  12. ***Official Mojave Thread*** Lets talk Mojaves

Is the imbalanced feeling that the Timbrens are a bit more ā€œactiveā€ than the Fox fluid bumps up front?
  13. ***Official Mojave Thread*** Lets talk Mojaves

If you need airbags in the front you need to get rid of your cast iron bumpers and winch, and maybe take the pallet of cinder blocks off the hood. ;)
  14. "OLD SCHOOL" manual hubs

I used to wheel an ā€˜03 Liberty. Busted front diffs we’re a common result of people getting too bouncy.
  15. "OLD SCHOOL" manual hubs

Dang lazy Americans! Why can’t I have a manual choke lever on my dashboard anymore? And where’s my fuel mixture adjuster??
  16. New Maximus-3 Products in the Works! Rear Sliders, Hoop & Snorkel

Are you planning to make the snorkel compatible with the Mojave?
  17. Building a Mojavicon: Adding Lockers and Swaybar to a Mojave

Huh, I hadn’t realized the diesels got those. Nifty. I wonder what the real cost/weight savings is for the aluminum ones that makes it worth having both? I used to be a slow rock crawler (and had a series of Rubicons over the years) but that’s just not my style these days, and my wife’s back...
  18. Building a Mojavicon: Adding Lockers and Swaybar to a Mojave

If so then someone messed up your build, kinda like those Jeeps that show up with the wrong fenders. Rubicons should have the aluminum knuckles. Be happy with your accidental upgrade!
  19. Any regrets running load range E tires?

That’s extremely high pressure unless you’ve got your Jeep seriously loaded down. You’re reducing comfort and handling and increasing the wear on the center tread of your tires. I’d definitely reduce that a bit.
  20. Mojave gladiator non specific lifts

It’s going to be hard to know for sure unless someone has the equipment to measure spring rate. The Mojave springs could very well be stiffer than the Rubicon springs.
