Thank you! I had this feature on my VWs for the past decade. When I bought this JT off the lot I knew I was losing the feature but didn't think I'd miss it as much as I have. Surprising how that one little thing adds so much.
Huh I wasn't expecting to find this. I have same issue in my CA edition JT. The passenger bar speaker is definitely quieter and it also is blown and slowly has gotten worse. I have only had the vehicle for a bit over a month. Its very obviously the distortion on certain ranges/tracks is awful!
Yeah I might talk to my guy at the dealership about what they would charge to install and if that would keep me from having to deal with warranty issues. My guess is it will be a lot more than I'd want to spend. Looks like a 30 minute job :CWL:
Definitely something I want to add to my JT where do you folks recommend buying and what is a good price? It looks like there are a few options right around $320.
Huh grill is pretty boring too. That style is going on a decade old now and IMO hows Ford rushed this out w/o putting in the extra design work to give this it’s own identity. Even reusing the Raptor name seems lazy. I remember when people were speculating they would call it the warthog ?
Also guessing your version of the CT kit didn't come with the extended travel kit? They fixed some issue with the rear swaybar in the latest kits so you aren't dragging parts around. There is a great video they made about this:
I have the new version of the ST4 kit on order. It comes with rear upper and lower spring retainers. Seems they addressed the issue you ran into there, wonder if any fixes in the bar were made.
They sell the kit all by itself just incase you are interested.
Your awesome! Wow so literally just two tenths off of being in the red zone for driveshaft issues. Looks like teraflex are well aware of the issues. I guess it kinda sucks if a person wants the maximum flex, but in my case seems good enough I'm mostly street and trail so uh ST really is what I'm...
Was recently in the same investigation. Did you see this forum thread? I am going with a teraflex st4 lift and their sp2 3.x shocks. I really couldn't find the info on their site(s) about the total travel said shock. Fingers crossed they have made sure that front driveline isn't and issue. I...
Another sarge green owner here. How is the tonneau working out? I bought the Tyger tonneau off Amazonk and its alright for the barely $200 I spent on it. No locking and its definitely lacking in heft. Not sure if I want to go with a better tonneau eventually or upgrade to a rack or shell.

I'll try and keep this all updated with latest modifications. Going to be doing various things camping, hunting, dunes, trails here in California and where ever I can roam. Feel free to drop me a line on how anything I have listed here is working out. Cheers!

I have Teraflex's ST4 kit on order. Was backordered a bit because of the extended travel kit which was the selling point for me. Luckily its just a couple weeks. So the shocks they recommend for this kit are the Falcon sp2 3.1/3.3/3.5. I'll need the 3.5"-4.5" version for this size lift and it...
This. When I first got my gladiator I had to take a long work trip. I made like 17 mpg for a long stretch on I-5 which is totally flat and mostly straight. Needless to say I was pretty flummoxed. It was way off the advertised 22+ mpg. The good news is the way back I averaged over 22 with no/tail...
Hi I am new to the forum. I purchased a sarge green cali edition back in December. Since then I have ordered around $18k in parts including lift 37” tires and a yukon 5.13 master kit. I would like to do the install myself. I have zero experience doing this sort of thing. I also will be...
Not bad! I did a trip in my month old gas cali edition from southern cali to Portland Oregon. Definitely not flat. Kept it in the 75-80 mph range most of the way. Got around 23 mpg. Better than advertised. Unfortunately around town it seems like I get more like 16/17 mpg which is a bit below...
