I admittedly did not read through this entire thread, but my first thought is about the correct/proper hub bore size (71.50mm) of the wheels may play into affect of said issue(s). Anything larger, as in what I thought were going to be my wheels, would have been only lug centric and not hub...
The orange was more than a bit off and that made for too much orange across the tailgate. IMO.
I did not even have a decent picture of it, but yeah… no.

Thank you.
I really was not feeling the standard Mojave colors “GLADIATOR” tailgate badge, so I swapped said badge for satin black on gloss outline. Not 100% certain it is actually “satin” (some shimmer) and not “matte” (flat AF). However, no longer is it mismatch orange and overall screaming out loud...
Got my AEV 2” and GCBs installed. I believe I have read where people put the control arms in the middle setting(?). The Jeep speciality 4x4 shop chose the top. Unlimited Offroad in Fenton, Michigan.
It is my first Jeep and I will not pretend to be an expert of them, but I am happy with my...
Southeast Michigan here and definitely not the terrain of MOAB, but I am jealous. It’s my daily driver and actually… the only vehicle I drive and with a 60 mile round trip work commute. Swapping stock tires/wheels at merely 88 miles, I do not even know of the “performance” impact there was, but...
Getting an AEV 2” lift installed tomorrow (with geometry correction brackets) and have no interest in bigger than my 35x10.5x17 tires. Super excited.
???
Ordered my 2022 Mojave (March) with the Mopar seats and they are Katzkin. Was surprisingly shocked to see that they come stitched in orange too. Would have preferred “perforated,” but ended up with “stitched.”

No insinuations or accusations directed at all here, but it seems Dan Edmunds (who I assume) is not a direct Jeep affiliate… officially associated…
may have “started this rumor”… for some.
I’m just saying.
Mojave wheels have a lower offset, simply for a wider track. What one would want for higher speed desert running, unlike trail oriented/rock crawling Rubicons. It’s not about the 2.5” shocks.
Extreme Recon wheels are 12mm (positive) offset, not negative.
If negative is not stated in a listing description, they are positive offset.
Backspacing is neither negative nor positive.
I’d stumbled upon a YouTube video awhile back (sorry, no specifics), but the older couple literally swapped out the stock Mojave Fox suspension for upgraded Fox suspension.
Knowing I myself wouldn’t, I did not retain the information…

Don’t recall the Extreme Recon wheels offset, but for comparison…
Mojave wheels offset are almost +38 (37.7, I believe).
Rubicon offset are +44 (even, I don’t know?).
The following link is a wheel offset/tire size comparison :

Added a full size spare tire/actual matching machined Method 315 wheel and spare tire cover.

2/3 of the Coverking Top Liner in charcoal. Too lazy to finish it today.
Finally… drilled two additional license plate holes. It drove me nuts only having two. Especially...
This may have been stated…
2022 Mojave with all optional/available “gadget” packages, disabled horn when locking/unlocking, enabled all 4 doors unlock with one FOB push…
Mine while running will only honk upon exiting WITH the FOB & does NOT without FOB.
After my first attempt to contact Injen direct had gone unanswered, I tried again and got a response. I took a picture after reading the reply, but have yet to do anything with it.
I guess it should be good to go.
Thanks.
How the hell do we delete our own threads?!? Hah!
Rockblokz mud guards.
Does anyone know if the Rockblokz interfere (at all) with the Injen “High Tuck” exhaust or any similar exhaust of the sort?!?
TIA
What I can say however… that rear center tag… tucks up nicely (& stays) between the seal and cover itself, using a credit card type thing. Hah!
