I may have missed it in the last 9 pages.....but is the "Bailment" option listed on the slide a typo or just a reference to something I am not familiar with?
I bought the current truck partly BECAUSE of leather seats. Going back to cloth was never even an option for me. I have no actual proof that Jeep uses leather that differs in quality between the trims/colors, etc (never cared enough to research it).....but I can for sure say that the saddle...
They are more universal than folks realize.....that said, if you go to RockAuto.com and use your Make/Model/Year info in the dropdowns it will filter by compatible parts.
The TPMS sensors can just be moved, but they aren't exactly what I would consider expensive if you plan on keeping the old set of wheel and tires around.
Unless you are changing tire sizes and need/want to adjust to correct the speedo (and possibly other things assuming you have the auto...
This was my reasoning as well. I also seem to prefer the all matte-black look of the 4 stainless panels over the much shinier glass. All the caps match the lines of the truck so well that the fancier EVO Sport almost makes it look like an SUV.
FWIW, I replaced that spring with this one from ACT. Mainly because I was bored one day and felt the need to tinker. While it did improve the return strength and general feel of the pedal, I still have a similar rattle during acceleration. So, at least in my case, it wasn't related. I have just...
When folks roll into a thread 50 pages deep with their gospel........having pretty obviously not even looked at the majority of the previous 49 pages, maybe we should just go ahead and put it out to pasture. :CWL:
A decade or so ago I decided that I would actually get out and explore more often if it wasn't for all the setup/takedown involved with car camping. I wanted to be able get out of town on a whim and have all my overpriced stuff ready to go with the least amount of headache possible.
So, I just...
Over here, closer to the Smokies, I would wager that the majority of vehicles sporting a dash full of ducks are no longer Wranglers/Gladiators, or even a Jeep product. It seems to have infected all makes and models at this point. I am definitely not cool enough to understand (care?) why this is...
I didn't miss the point......and I am not trying to be a stickler. Just relaying to the OP that the answer to his question is impossible to provide without injecting some of our own biases.
This sort of thing is so subjective. One person's idea of "happy with how it drives" and "decent amount" are never gonna match the next.
With that caveat, I have three sets of wheels and tires that end up on this truck depending on the season/occasion....the stock Rubicon wheels with the stock...
For any future visitors to this thread, here is a more recent cost update.........below is the invoice for my fob replacement from last week. The dealer supplied both the fob and the programming for this one. $225 for the blank, $100 for the programming.
Correct. Thanks for mentioning it. The site I linked originally has both. From experience, I would also note that in practice, that extra 1/4" of backspacing is neither mechanically an issue or even noticeable when putting the Mojave versions (the ones missing a hole) on a Rubicon. Accidentally...

Cheesy website notwithstanding.....I have purchased two full sets (10 total wheels) of these from here and have been really happy with them. Pretty sure all the ones I have received are just refurbished OEM wheels, as they are 100...
Definitely a little bit anecdotal......but the number of folks driving around with nothing but hopes and prayers to secure their expensive tools/machinery has skyrocketed here in the last few years.
I already don't want to be anywhere near dump trucks, but now just seeing a service bed/utlity...
