i can second he OP here. Ive used the builder a mess of times and it doesnt let one pick the max tow package as an option, and it only lets the "tow rating" sliding scale go to a max of 6,000lbs.

Be careful with the rubis. They may only tow 650lbs less… But they’re cargo carrying capacity is 400 or 500 pounds less than a sport with the max tow.
That cargo carrying capacity needs to be higher if you’re going to pull any substantial weight with more than just your self in the truck.
