Mine came with the upgraded wheels. It was an in -stock unit so I didn’t have much choice. You can buy some really nice aftermarket wheels for that $995 if you don’t like the gray ones that come standard. I don’t think the specs are any different between the two
I used to use Weathertech in all my vehicles but the sides warping have been an annoying that I’m not willing to pay $100+ for them. I’ll be getting the Mopar ones
I ordered these from Surprise Straps. I have them in 3 Jeeps and love them. They do key chains, sport bar handles , etc in literally any color combo you can imagine. They are mad from paranormal and can be unraveled in event of emergency for things like tourniquets, tie downs etc.
Give them a look
Towing my U.S. Jetting machine tomorrow. We usually tow it with a service van but need four wheel drive tomorrow. It’s a fairly heavy trailer (7,000lb GVWR) with a considerable tongue weight, but the Gladiator barely squatted. We’ll see how she pulls it tomorrow
You’ll need a winch plate to go behind the factory steel bumper.
I got mine from RubiTrux and it’s a Maximus 3 brand. Theyhave lots of accessories for the factory steel bumper
The JCR winch plates have been known to bend
I'll second Criswell in Gaithersburg. Tom in commercial truck sales has been my guy for work trucks for years and I thought I would give him a call for the Gladiator. I got a fantastic price on an in stock Rubicon and could not be happier. He can do all the paper work over the phone or through...
Go rent a wrangler Unlimited if you can find one and spend a day in it. I'm 6'2"/270 and the only thing i dont like is my knee touches the transfer case shifter. I figured i need less cheeseburgers or a different vehicle. I chose neither LOL
I'll be running stock stabilizer with my 35's. This is my 6th wrangler, I have ran with 32's, 33's, 35's, and 37's. I have never needed anything beyond stock. if I were to replace mine, it would be with the Fox ATS. It is adjustable and does not pull to one side like most of the other...
I heard of a salesman telling someone the ❤️419 in the bed meant it was number 419 of a limited edition. Not sure what they will tell the customers when there is more than one Gladiator on the lot
Daystar makes a nice 2” kit the includes the front and rear, keeps your factory shocks(extensions), and is less than $400. That Rough Country looks nose high to me. Not a fan
