I had Jpeggz which were great but they didn't play nice with my rain cover so I got Lange's which I love also and both were rock solid. But if you ever plan to run soft doors none of them will work. I have yet to find anything that works with the Besttop soft doors unless you attach them...
So the truck has been through some really heavy rains storms over multiple days but just this past week. We had 2 days of heavy rain. Yesterday I had water dripping down into the floor mat from under the dash. Haven't seen this one before so just curious if others may have seen this in the JT. I...
We tried to get my mother in law to get an EV as she would be the perfect customer for one. Elderly and just drives daily around her house for errands and such. But she is old school and she would not have anything to do with it (LOL)
One of my old neighbors here in Texas used to work for Power Company and some years back he said that there was no way that if every person bought one or two EV in our area that the grid could handle it. Not even half the people or maybe even less. With that said I do find the cars interesting...
I could probably have done fine without any mods so most of them were vanity sake. Things like front bumper which was needed to put a winch that I have only used a few times for odd jobs but felt that having it just in case. Larger Tires just cause I couldn't stand the look of the thing on those...
I have the strip lights in the bed of my truck and they come in handy. Its wired to the AUX switch but in hindsight I think it would have been better to have a switch or button in the bed to turn them on more easily.
Wish that were my case. They were rotated every 5K and I ditched them at 38K Miles. I have hearing loss so you know it was bad. My wife even was constantly telling me that the tires are getting louder and louder. I mean I know they will get louder but this had gotten exceedingly loud. It a daily...
I'm running the Open Country AT3 as well so far so good. I really liked my previous wildpeaks except they got so noisy around 25K miles. I am hoping that the AT3 fares a bit better but couldn't beat the wildpeaks in bad weather
Sport S on Rubicon Take off rims I got on the cheap running the below tires
LT 34X10.50R 17 120S D1 Toyo Open Country A/T 3
So far after a few thousand miles they are running great with no issues. I wanted to go more pizza cutter than wider than the Wildpeaks I was running before.
Yea mine took a bit of messing with to get them to fit into place even after watching the videos and other information I had. I also have to every so often retighten the twist knob as it will come loose
Not related to your Zscan issue but more about their request for photo idea. I just had two companies recently tell me they needed me to send them photo ID (Drivers License or other Government ID) and some other information for them to discuss things further with me. I told them sorry that will...
Hmm I kind of had that issue when I first got it but mostly I set mine on like auto and 70 and its run pretty great over the last 4 years. If my wife drives it she immediatly changes the controls and then jacks everything up. I have to reset it all when I get back in the truck (LOL)...
If it is primarily your daily driver just going on my experience with mine as my daily driver do it all truck. Go with what gets you the most comfort in regard to seating and drivability. The truck is perfectly cable of doing offroading of the normal kind without going crazy. The one thing I...
My N-Fab's are rusting heavily. I have sanded down the rusted areas and used rust reconverter and then Rustoleum but they are still rusting. I will just keep touching up until its time to part ways and get something else but they are just steps for the truck so not anything mission critical
I've used this one for the past years on many things and it has worked fantastic. I didn't pay this much or it though
