Here is my leak. It's very slow... that's how much oil is showing on the left after three days of driving after I wiped it down. It's never gotten to the point it has "dripped" yet. But I don't think these things ever get better on their own! My diesel only has 700 miles on it.
I just bought my JTRD after selling my Tesla Model Y that I bought nine months ago, drove 12K miles on and Carmax paid me more for it than what I bought it for. Now that's resale value!
Ya it would be nice to know if Bosch changed the design or what.
I did find this:

Interesting, I wonder if they are saying Wranglers and Gladiators with EcoDiesels aren't affected? I believe we have three CP4 failures on this forum.
Brand new 2022 Gladiator, 400 miles and have a rear main seal oil leak. 1st Gen EcoDiesel in my 2014 Grand Cherokee had the cam gear slip engine destruction issue. Required a new engine at 6K miles.
So I'm 0 for 2 on EcoDiesels. I guess I am a glutton for punishment!

To me it's crazy that Jeeps come from the factory with a hood that anyone in the world can open and destroy anything in the engine bay. I had my locking hood latches in my garage before my Gladiator even arrived. It's especially even more important now that we are legalizing crime.
Silly to talk in wild generalities that just because EV's aren't 100% green house gas free that they are identical "trading" with ICE vehicle emissions and that they are the same.
Studies have proven that over entire lifecycles, EV's are around 40% less green house gas emitting. 40% reduction...

With a US mix of electricity production by various sources, the Model 3 is already passing the gas Corolla at one year in efficiency.
That is a myth and not true.
The cleaner lifetime operations of the EV still comes in noticeably cleaner than ICE vehicles, even taking into consideration the EV's higher production and end-of-life disposal.
