The rod that goes to the tailgate handle came undone from the white clip. I’m guessing this is only a guess cause I’m usually pretty thorough that the clip didn’t fully engage when I was tracking down the bad third brake light connection.. either way it’s reattached and working fine again...
Well thread name pretty much says it all.
I returned to N Florida from an AL off roading trip. Around noon Saturday I attempted to get in the bed to unload some things and the handle had no resistance. The bedcover is a BakFlip MX4 that has the cable pulls on both sides of each of the 3...
I used this method and it worked very well. It stopped all oncoming traffic bright lighting me.
While returning from an off Roading trip in the wee hours of the morning, the bright lights would slap reflective signs well over a half mile down the road.
The procedure biodynamics came out with...
While you’re doing all this, if you come up with a way to access the bed that has a rigid trifold tunnel cover and the tailgate handle quits working I’d appreciate some input.
I just found this out after returning back to North Florida from a northern Alabama offloading trip. Luckily I...
Does anyone have an idea how do access the bed without destroying a rigid trifold or the tailgate?
I just returned from a northern Alabama trip and went to gather up some stuff that was in the bed of my truck. Double clicked the unlock button to unlock the tailgate, I heard it actuate, but the...
If you’re set on running 38 x 13.50, I would look at Matt with Ozark over landing on YouTube. He has a zero rub and wheels at all over the place. I believe he’s running vision wheels and a 17 x 9.
I believe these are the whales he’s running and they are -12...
I would not recommend putting an “E” rated tire on a gladiator. Leave that for the three-quarter ton and one ton trucks. There’s more to it than the numeric size of a tire, you have to look at the load writing for a gladiator. I wouldn’t go over a load wrench D or 8 ply. With an rated tire...
Just off from your perimeter request…
I’m running 37x12.5R17 with a 8.5x17 -6mm wheel. Yesterday I went on an engineered course where I purposely stuffed the outside front tire wheel into high side of Burns while turning extremely sharp with it being gladiator to make it around corners I had...
As others have mentioned, my 3rd brake light issue is with where it plugs in. I jiggled it and it flickered. I moved the wire around and got it to stay on…for now, but at least I have the part now to repair it when needed.
