I use Hotshots EDT at performance dose levels which is about 1.5oz for our tanks per fill-up. Note -you can not overdose EDT, if you do you will still get the benefits of added lubricity, but cetane and other benefits will plateau at the performance dose. This is direct from Hotshots themselves...
Until you see someone mount an aux oil cooler in the bed trophy truck style there will be no fix. Although I still suspect those that deleted no longer have overheating issue.
Does anyone know when 2022 models began production? I believe it was Oct or November.
I'm trying to work on the fix for the diesel bottoming out the issue and apparently the TSB only covers 2021 model years, but the TSB calls out vehicles manufactured before February 14th which would obviously...
Update. Per @JeepCares I'm now being told this TSB only applies to 2021 model year despite the TSB clearly stating vehicles built BEFORE February 14th. This is extremely frustrating to get the run around here when it's clearly outlined in the TSB and I meet all the requirements.
I have a...
Mine is a January build. It looks like the rear shocks in the revised TSB are an invalid part number which is preventing it from going through. I reached out to @JeepCares to have them look into it and @AllMoparParts.com was kind enough to look into it and confirmed the rear shocks are invalid.
I had some other issues so I made an appointment and said screw it and let them change the oil since it was free. I was amazed they didn't make a mess, but they did put it in 11 quarts of T6.
I brought my EcoDiesel in for an oil change on Friday and they put 11 quarts of T6 in it then tried to tell me the invoice is actually wrong and they just list the incorrect info. I made them drain and refill with the correct Oil.
No motor is safe from these clowns they call "techs".
I don't really have much to add, but would recommend a jack that tilts horizontally so it's out of the way.
That said, I'm more impressed you didn't get 15 replies on why your Jeep will be overweight.
@AllMoparParts.com
Benny - can you please confirm the part numbers are correct/incorrect for a Rubicon for the revised TSB. My dealer is saying the parts listed are for a sport and are non-fox shocks.
Front Shocks - 68518575AB
Rear Shocks - 6851822AG
Thanks!
Here is the revised TSB. They revised the part numbers and my dealer is saying they don’t apply and are non-fox shocks despite it being a diesel rubicon. @JeepCares you have any insight why my vin would not qualify or why the part numbers are incorrect and for a non-rubicon?

So my dealer just tried to tell me this does not apply to my gladiator and said there was another TSB issued on march 24th a revised one? Anyone have this issue?
Got my gladiator in PA so it has no bracket. Live in NJ which requires a front plate. I just said screw it and I’m not putting it on. I tinted my windows for the first time ever and I’m running no plate. Haven’t been pulled over yet. PA allows tinted windows and doesn’t require a front plate so...
Looks like no one resolved the issue. Mine went away to come back temporarily and now has been gone for weeks. There is a glitch and it appears it’s stuck on one screen. If you notice the green dots at the bottom don’t cycle left and right. My next step is to disconnect the battery.
this is the route I’m going. I have an appointment to have them look and hopefully order the new shocks and bump stops. After that I’ll add the Clayton springs and jam 35s under it. That will hold me over for now.
Hmmmm. Why do I feel like I have the same issue. Mine makes like a chirp/squeal noise when I shut down or if I blip the throttle ever so slightly from Idle. I can also hear it moving when taking off from a stop. I also was thinking it's a belt. I have an appointment at the dealer next week and...
The rear glass is 22%. I put 70% over to bring it down to 15%. I did 20% on the front two windows and did my whole windshield in 70%. You can't tell the windshield is tinted at all. All with Xpel Prime XR to keep the heat out.
