I know the Gen 2 was, but the Gen 3 for the America’s is being built in the US. Not saying there are not engine parts shipped from Italy.

But you wouldn’t normally change an axle for a damaged seal. This fishy to me and experience tells me there is more to it than FCA cares to admit at this point.

Yes, my windshield looks almost identical to the OP’s, again 3 weeks in. Some driver approaching me went through a line of slush on the center line and wave bombed the whole front. I heard the rock hit but the crack didn’t appear for a few days and spread while the defroster was on.

Well we don’t actually know at what RPM the engine grenaded. He may well have got to 60 mph but the engine could have been failed at 40 mph for example.
Well the dealer replaced the LF wheel bearing today.
Picked up the truck and then told me that the issue was not resolved. It is now with Jeep engineering. Lovely.
One glitch I found this morning is the winch speed won’t adjust down from 1550-1600; it is supposed to be able to be set at 1350. Also, the instructions say if the throttle is touched it will turn winch mode off but this doesn’t work either, the buttons are the only way to turn it off.

Tire size, winch speed, and ESS is all I wanted it for, and it does that.
