There was a TPMS change made sometime in June of 2021. TPMS made before the change will work on the JK, but ones made after the change will not work. So, you appear to have the later type TPMS on your JT. My pre-June 2021 TPMS work on both my JT and JK.

IMO, do the dash corner speakers first. My experience is that is will make a significant difference.

That is exactly what mine did too. I could not replicate the noise in the garage no matter what I tried. It went away after lubricating the exhaust hangers.

Did you apply lubricant such as silicone grease to the hangers where they interface with the exhaust? In my experience, they need to be cleaned and well-greased.

The dealer should be able to use 'chassis ears' to track down where the noise is coming from. To me, the noise sounds rubbery, meaning it sounds like a rubber bushing. If you want to try to trouble-shoot this noise yourself, I'd start by inspecting all of your suspension bushings, sway bar...
