Bulletpoint shipped out a new base this morning and said this new one should resolve the issues I'm experiencing.

Gave it another try and the base tore the threads off the screw. I’ll be returning it if they say this is the right base.

Here is how mine is sitting. The OEM hole is pretty far away from the base hole. The base doesn't sit in there in any way to hit the OEM hole properly.

When first installing the soft top, there is a cardboard template/guide for aligning the corners and the center piece of the belt rail. I need the cardboard piece and the weatherstrip for the inside of the belt rail.
