Yep. Even in AK it cost me almost $6.75 to fix. I appreciate RSI admitting an issue, finding the fix quickly, any giving us a quick (and reasonable) solve while they correct it in the pipeline. I wish more companies could be that forthcoming. Thanks RSI and Merry Christmas.

Thanks! I’d say our placement was pretty close, but my gasket is way more compressed. Looks like I’ll be adding some material.

Any chance to see a pic of your gasket with rear closed? I have no idea if I should try to add a little bit more or if it’s as designed.

Even with a helper, I found a clamp or two sure helped things go smoothly.

for what it's worth, not sure the extra pads solved it. Mine still is pretty tight. When I get a little free time I'll shoot some better images for us all to compare....

Considerably better than mine, but I don't even want to THINK about how many handoffs it took to get mine up to my Alaskan island..... Again, luckily the damage to the top box (the roof panel) was limited to packaging.
