I know the feeling. I installed an aftermarket stereo earlier this month that's needed a LOT of attention ever since. Our average daily temps are 105-110 lately.
It's a rotational balance, and probably not a good thing to have fall off unless you want a wobbly driveshaft that eventually blows a u-joint. I'd call your dealer.

I did something different for my always hot line (mine uses both an always on and ign line). Looking at your fuse box from the passenger side, there's a row of feeds from the battery on the driver's side of the box. I put a ring connector on one of those feeds and bolted it down with the 10mm...
I think something similar might be going on with mine, but I don't have a tazer. I do have a OBD interface and the jscan app I can use to make changes, but so far have not plugged any of that in.
