If they are annoying then they are doing their job. They got your attention. Id rather have my tail lights be annoying and seen than not seen. Thats part of the reason I went with a Seequenced sequential 3rd brake light.
I dont drive it hard. Infact I drive it "nicer" then my wifes JL and my lifted TJ because the JT bottoms out so easily. If I go over a speed pump at 15 mph it bottoms out. I can go over the same speed bump with the JL and TJ at 25+ and they dont bottom out at all. Theres maybe 1.5" to 1.75" of...
Correct. I guess I should have made that clear that you would need adjustable control arms to adjust caster. But a lift with stock control arms would decrease caster making it unfavorable. You would be pivoting the axle forward causing the knuckles to be closer to 0 degrees, depending on the...
My late '23 (Built in november of '23) has this issue. My wifes 2019 JL glides over speed bumps and what not without issue. My JT diesel however bottoms out all the time. Both rubicons.
While you are correct, but thats with independent suspension. Solid axle suspension doesnt function that way. The "camber" never changes and cant be adjusted on a solid axle set up. You can only adjust toe and caster.
Factory LED are some of the brightest I've seen. Then replace the bumper reflectors with Baja Design S1 reverse kit. 95% of the aftermarket lights out there look absolutly horrible.
20 years ago, you were a bad ass if you had 35"s. 37"s were extreme. Now you have vehicles rolling off the lot stock with 35"s. 42"s are the new 37" 35"s are the new 31"s. Look at old school K5 blazers. You had to do a 4" lift for a 33". You can "fit" 37"s on a stock Rubicon Gladiator.
You titled this thread wong. You worded it as if you were going from a JT grille to a JK grille. Putting a JK grille on a JT. You should have worded it "JK to JL/JT grille hack". But this is nothing new. You can buy a JL/JT style grille for a JK off amazon and ebay. You can even get the updated...
Gobi, Earl Gray and Hydro Blue were my top three color choices (not in that order). When I went to order my diesel at the end of '23 Gobi and Earl Gray were no longer available. Love the Gobi color. Not sure why they don't make it a standard color.
I agree with the wire tap. I didnt want to splice into the factory harness so I bought a Diode Dynamics trailer wire harness adapter ($30) and spliced into that instead. I soldered the connections as well.
