    If it was necessary, it would have come with the MOPAR kit. That being said, it would not hurt to add a spacer.

    Remember, Energy Storage is different from Cranking. Automotive LiFePo4 crank batteries carry a battery management system that will disconnect when it reaches a low voltage threshold. The BMS will reserve enough cranking amps to start the car. So you never need to Jump Start these batteries.
