  2. The complete spectrum of 2024 truck design in a couple photos . . .

See what you mean from a size/use perspective👍 I was thinking more of the JT being a 1941 tribute vs a Cybertruck being more of a science fiction set piece.
  3. The complete spectrum of 2024 truck design in a couple photos . . .

Just saying I'm very happy with my Gladiator. . .
  4. Tri-Fold or "locking" bed covers.

I am also looking at covers. Another option that looks interesting is the Worksport AL 3. Nice finish and looks like easy operation.
  5. Woolwax question: Anything to spray in engine compartment?

Funny I happen to have a can of both of those in the garage! Nice tip on the brake calipers too. I have been thinking of painting the calipers with the G2 system--have a few months to decide.
  6. Woolwax question: Anything to spray in engine compartment?

Greetings set to Woolwax my JT for a MN winter. Watched a LOT of videos, but have a question. Having the engine compartment so open to the road is tough on trucks. Does anyone shoot some of the exposed bolts and hose connectors? I have a small magnet pen I use to identify iron based steel...
  7. Flushing inside of frame rail

Salt is gone after a spring rain or two. Summer is great up here.
  8. Flushing inside of frame rail

Just the thing for the MN salt season!
  9. Xpel removal surprise/problem (doh)

Just had an interesting experience. FYI, It's a Mojave, so has the steel hood. I had my Jeep hood covered with Xpel and had a problem, so it was removed. I have had Xpel on other cars, and at least a couple remove and replace situations which went off without a hitch. As expected, it came...
  10. Radar detector hard wire project

Aux-4 thanks you all. Just changed from Fuse-tap to Aux 4. Clean and no wires show!
  11. Radar detector hard wire project

Man, I really need to check here before searching Youtube! The videos I found were under the hood connections to the Aux. Seems I took the long way around! 👍
  12. Radar detector hard wire project

Neat idea! I'm new to this, but I do know that there is a bundle under the hood of 4 positive wires for these switches. Looks like it's next to the fuse box, so I think I will move my wire from the fuse tap to an aux. Not sure if you can just get a positive from the switch in the cab, but, in...

  15. New clamps for Diamondback Switchback??

Just looking around the net for reviews and comments on the Diamondback Switchback and saw this on a recent Instagram. Wonder if this is a new latch design or an old design? Looks nice either way.
  16. Jeep Warranty at Dealer Cost - Now Through June 30th!

Thanks for the quick reply. (And I found it on your FAQ section--should have looked there first!) Looks like a very good deal. I am not a high-mileage type, so the ability to go for long term but lower miles is great.
  17. Bak Revolver X4S or Diamondback HD...Which one and why?

Just one plus for Diamondback: After looking at a LOT of installation IFUs for various covers, it's nice to see covers that do not need drainage systems for water.
  18. Jeep Warranty at Dealer Cost - Now Through June 30th!

Greetings! I have not purchased an extended warranty before. The prices look great so I am interested. Rookie question: When does the extended warranty kick in? (Does it start immediately or when the factory warranty expires?)
  19. etrailer.com great customer service

I have also had great experiences with etrailer. Very nice videos on almost all of the products, and really quick replies to questions.
  20. Bak Revolver X4S or Diamondback HD...Which one and why?

I'm in the same decision making process. Reading a LOT of threads and reviews. The Diamondbacks all get great comments regarding being leak free, which is a big plus. I just wish you could open the Diamondback SE just a few inches and drive with it for uses like picking up a few cans of gas...
