I do kind of get his point. I'm new here and it wasn't long before I was getting angry personal attacks over a difference of opinion.
But I recognized that it was all one person who seems to be very unhappy in their life, so I hit ignore and 'abracadabra', everything was fine. Still...
If I get it again, I'll try to remember, but I'm from a generation that didn't grow up taking pictures of everything so I often forget I have a camera on me!
Mine was just text, something like "make your experience better with genuine mopar parts! call ###-###-####"
Excellent example of why everyone should be skeptical when comparing cost/value. I had some people visit from LA when I had a tiny house on a postage stamp sized lot. They estimated it would be 400-500K in their area. It was 50k in mine. They made 80k in the same field I made 30k in at the...
Definitely real. I wonder if the dealer could stop it if I informed them that I'm one of those people who refuses to buy things from intrusive ads. Even if the gear were awesome, I would find a competitor instead of funding those ads.
Vehicle tax is about the one place Illinois shines (for now).
Of course there's the one time sales tax and a one time registration fee, but after that the tags are currently ~$150 per year no matter the age or vehicle value.
They get it via gas tax instead, unless you live close enough to a...
My thought exactly! Jeep is one of those vehicles that could have been babied around and upgraded with top of the line stuff or it could have been beat up on and have low quality mods you don't recognize until it's too late. Kind of like buying a used sports car.
Those do look nice. Would raise the value of my truck too much though!
In my area, every hard tri-fold I see is damaged, like the person forgot it was not a table and tried to set a full cooler or heavy toolbox on it.
I have a spot downtown that it tries to drop but only glitches out for a few seconds. I've tried to figure out what causes it, but I can't spot anything. It's about a block and a half from a police station, maybe I'm getting a signal reflecting off of a building.
I drove a Ford that lost the...
I put the Tyger roll up on the JT, but my Dakota had a Lund for ~14 years. Only lost it when an old lady ran a red light a t-boned me.
I replaced that with a Bestop because honestly it looked like they bought the Lund tooling. I used some of the old parts with the new one.
It still looked good...
At stock height on 33's, I think most of them would be a hassle for me, but the wife would like something at only 5'1".
I agree it looks like the AIG stick out too far (for me to step past them) but the nxtgen look like they hang too low for a JT without any lift.
I can't tell if those Carr...
My Bitcoin is currently up 360%, so I think the Gladiator probably has a ways to go.
During the covid shortages I got constant offers for my Challenger, but never enough to replace it, considering there was nothing comparable to replace it with.
No, they let it keep the Hemi.
It lost the track pages, line lock, Hellcat backgrounds, etc. and the car image on the screens changed from a red Challenger to a blue Caravan!
That could improve it, but there's only so much you can do with 18 gauge steel. A nice rounded corner could reduce it to a dull knife instead of a sharp one.

Surprised no one tried to tell you that you're wrong about the law.
I see guys running no fenders, but I know with my luck I'd get a ticket before I got...
