You test it every time you turn on the AC. Put your hand in front of the vent and see if the air is cool.
The 04 Dakota I just traded in still worked on the original charge.
I ordered ones that were blank, but those are what was shipped to me, though at least they were cheaper than that so I won't feel as bad when I cave and buy a different version.
I wouldn't be able to put different ones on, but I can run them on the front and not the back. I'm still in denial about having four doors. My last four door anything was in 1996.
I've already come close to that! I considered putting some old school door edge trim to at least tone down the sheet metal edge.
I'm pretty sure you actually lose space with these. As long as what you put in the net is soft (gloves, shop rag, etc) you can wedge them in and they can squish...
Ah. I put my speaker on the driver's side, so I had to cross one way or another.
I considered putting it on the passenger side to cut wire length, but I didn't like going through the drain plugs and REALLY didn't like the idea of poking that grommet!
Can't find a large enough picture of my Harley to see, so I'll include my Honda and one of my tractors. If you crossed the two, it'd basically be a Harley.
Jeez, that Honda picture is tiny too!
I'll be fine with not needing to move the seat forward, but I might need to pull it off for my wife to drive! I might throw a couple of options in my amazon cart and watch for a sale.
I kind of wish I had bought those instead of the ones with the expanded front section.
I learned recently that if you slide the seat all the way forward to work in the back, you can't close the door with mine.
Do you have a manual? I wouldn't trust that rubber grommet method either, but going through the clutch pedal hole was simple enough and easily reversed.
I don't want the sensors, but I might like the forward facing camera with that huge bumper out front! My main disappointment was the stereo. Anything with 20" rims should come with a good stereo. That has been remedied though.
Anyway, you close the circuit at that plug with the 4, it will activate the relay at 2, which will connect the battery to the lights. Basically your alterations would just be at 4.
Unless your idea is to ditch the relay to just switch directly. I'm not familiar enough with the aux switch...
