Any of the “top mount” bumpers should look fine. Will just have a few holes on the top winch mounting surface. Could order rubber plugs if they bug you.
Why not just have the heater on full blast after you drape the top over…. Let it sit for 15 min or so to allow for it to get a bit mailable and then finish buttoning it down.
I am glad you said this… I was pretty confident in my thoughts that transmission flushes on say 2000’s era vehicles and newer runs a risk of causing issues… (Unless someone can point out an example of a manufacturer calling for a flush ?) thought that was a thing of the past
That is crazy… the fluid isn’t cheap….
Service kit is between $200-$250… and this really isn’t a difficult diy. Jscan isn’t an overly fancy tool and this would be a good excuse to pick one up…. Driveway job tops 2 hours- and that’s with beverages…. I truly would not rank this much higher than...

I cannot find the link that will open- but zf had a page that states 50-70k miles… I keep getting an access denied message- will try to update this later from the computer.

You are trading your overland in?
Just take the under seat storage box and trail rails out of your current and swap them over?
the front camera looks like a decent amount of fun to install…. Definitely plan on doing sound deadening and what not at the same time to avoid ripping the interior out...
It seems crazy to me that any dealer treats their customers poorly. We have the same thing in the PNW- Bellingham is terrible Oak Harbor is terrible Burlington is good…. The other two are literally giving their money to Burlington due to their piss poor attitudes and customer service. They are...
So, I understand your point to valving adjustments… however 8100’s as mentioned above are offered with bypass valves that can be adjusted externally. Same with kings or any other bypass allowing for nitrogen pressure adjustments at different levels of travel within the shock.
I am also willing...
Your on road manners are not going to improve with an antirock sway bar- check out ORO SwayLoc if you are looking for improved on road, and the same if not better off road handling to antirock.
Are you on factory control arms?. Spoke my peace on shocks above. Based on what you are describing...
I suppose I am concerned that you are not happy at all with the Mojave shocks. Are there better? Absolutely, but they aren’t trash by any means.
Can you provide more information on your current setup?? Do you have shock extensions on? Have your sway bar links been extended?
What about the ride...
Agree- I’m on a 8.5 with 0 offset and the tread is even with extended flares. Another 1.5” hanging out from a 0 offset, is going to be nuts… literally crap flung everywhere when driving on the highway in the rain. - could not get away with that in the PNW.
They are definitely going to poke…. Like 2.5” of poke.
what is the center bore? This might be why they say they won’t fit. This is often over looked… hub centric is important.
Another fighting factor with the factory wheels and a 12.5 tire, is that the tire is going to want to naturally put a crown to its wear pattern… dropping the pressure for a chalk test is going to be a fine line between good contact pattern on road and heat development.
Ran factory narrow...
