Depends on the V8 -
The Ram 3.0L Hurricane twin-turbo inline-six outperforms the outgoing 5.7L HEMI V8 in every performance metric. The base Hurricane generates 420 hp and 469 lb-ft of torque, compared to the HEMI's 395 hp and 410 lb-ft of torque.
The hurricane also has significantly faster...
Those clips are only for a time where I may carry a battery out of my shop and use the winch without my JT, or if my neighbor needs to use the trailer and winch again - he's used it more than once.
When I charge my JT batteries - I go into the trailer connector, or some other means
I just realized - that connector in the bed could be used for other things....... hmmmm.... air compressor, anything that can be powered by under 50 amps 12-13VDC.
It's like a HD 12VDC outlet back there.
That's how I ended up standardizing the code between our 30-some ASAs and shrinking the lines down before I retired. I wasn't asked to - I just looked after the prior admin retired and thought - what a mess, I bet I can clean this up.
So I cleaned things up, took out the junk, organized the...
Had thought about that, but then realized things that get covered here almost always end up full of moisture and/or critter nests.
You would literally have to seal it somehow. Not possible in this situation.
I can't park my lawn tractor anywhere but a sealed building, otherwise I have critters...
1/3 of a gallon is a lot.
It's possible there was air in the system.
1/3 of a gallon - that tank would have been empty.
The fact you added only water = NOT good. You need to check now for proper mixture or get it back up to 50/50
Beware asking AI anything - best to read the owners manual for...
Real similar to how my ex-wife handled our oldest son - he got the rusty Oldsmobile but paid for repairs and gas and such. That was fine as he was always A+ student and well-behaved. (BTW - the ex and I are still good friends, never fought over things and never ever said anything negative in...
We bought out own - my first at 14. But I rode my bike to work until I turned 16 and got my full license. We paid for it all - car, insurance, gas, all maintenance..............
Agreed. With even ordinary care, they should easily go 80K.
And if towing, the trailer brakes should take most if not all of trailer's brake loading, meaning little added wear to the tow vehicle brakes.
But then - most of my vehicles go 80-100,000 miles on original brake linings.
I rode my bike to my first jobs. In one case, that was miles away. But then I had jobs before I turned 16.
I recall Dad financing my brother's cars - it was all in legal contracts. They had to make regular car payments to him.
Mom and Dad could barely afford their own cars - let alone buy for...
So your one Jeep has an unusual problem. Mine will sit for a week or more, fire right up and drive find.
Why not fix it? When I had my surgery last fall, mine sat for over 2 weeks - never an issue.
So my point is - your specific Jeep has a problem that isn't indicative of a widespread Jeep...
Heck, any of my vehicles will do that save for the javelin with no choke and dual quads and mechanical fuel pump. Prime it and it goes, however. Even my John Deere will do that after two months.
I have always loved wiring.
I took two classes in HS - electronics, and electricity. I was hooked.
Am I an EE? Heck no! But I did get a Jeep cruise control system to work in my 82 Eagle and use the AMC/GM switch properly.
Only if you live at sea level.
But if it's that hot outside, who cares what scale you use.
And here where I live, 32 sounds a heck of a lot better than 0
I just wish we'd pick one and stick with it.
