Finally was brave enough to remove the doors. (Front only) I need to make a mount in my one trailer to store them out of the elements as my garage has no available wall space. It was a blast. Did a tour of the local National Park.

I recall reading an article that stated those fender fill pieces are mandatory in Europe (EU) not sure where else. Part safety and I believe part EPA for mpg. Apparently helps cheat the wind a small %. Enough so that CAFE standards were met. Im not a fan of the look.
