  1. Load range C vs load range E

I went form the OEM Falken Wild Peaks AT3W to a 35x12.50x17 AT3W in Load Range E for the stronger tire design and they are less than 2lbs heavier than the same tire in Load Range C and they sit 2/10 of an inch taller, so closer to a real 35". On the street I don't notice any difference in the...

  3. Gladiator vs. Colorado ZR2 Bison

You do realize that a Bison is built by AEV and sold through Chevy and GMC dealerships right? I have an AEV spacer lift on my 21 Mojave and 35" tires which cost me a lot less than $63K. It would be nice of Jeep sold an AEV built Gladiator and Wrangler as factory built but they don't. Some...
  4. JEEP STOLEN FROM SAN DIEGO. What next to secure? any and all ideas are welcome

Not true. I have the app "Tracker Detector" and it alerts me if I am in the presence of an Air Tag. Problem here in Colorado and I assume elsewhere, thieves place an air tag on your vehicle at the store and then use it to track you so they can steal it of something in it or on it later.
  5. Looking for tire buying advice from those with more experience than me.

I was a big BFG fan and ran both the AT/KOs, AT/KO2s and the KM2s on my Jeeps. My Mojave came with the Falken Wildpeak A/TW3 and I was very happy with them and found them to be better in the winter than the BFG. Falkens are also truer to labeled size. BFG run a little small. I have not run the...

My antenna and power cables run along the molle panel to the sound bar and then the antenna cable to the driver's side B pillar and the power to the passenger side. For gears, I would go with 4.88s if you're going with 37's top regain your on-road performance and mileage. As for steering, I just did the Steer Smart Yeti set up and so far, I have been very happy. Steering is tight, no wandering issues, etc. I am only running 35's. If you're not doing any...
  11. Towing question

Well, you're at max hitch weight 596lbs of 600lbs total. I tend to error on the side of caution and won't tow anything over 4,000 lbs., but I also live in Colorado where altitude, hills and mountains get a vote. I would also look into airbags if you're going to do it and don't modify the Jeep...

  13. Compensation for a Mojave with steel bumpers

Weight concerns is why I went with a Rock Hard mid-width aluminum front bumper. It weighs less than the OEM plastic one it came with. I added a Warn Zeon 10 but I use steel cable as synthetic doesn't stand up to the type of work I use my winch for. No sag at all and I also have the AEV Mojave...
  14. Who's running a fridge in the back seat?

I did my own 40% seat delete because at the time, all the others require the removal of the factory storage tray, which meant stuff would slide out from under the seat on the 60% side. Or you had to remove the fridge to access the space. I also removed the tray behind the seat so that my fridge...

  17. Mopar 2" lift with Fox or Bilstein Shocks

My Mojave as the remote reservoir Fox shocks and when the time comes, I will be replacing them with the Bilstein 8100 remote reservoir shocks as I believe they are superior to the Fox brand and offer an easy adjustment knob to change your firmness settings based on planned use.
  18. Rear bumper, can I save weight going to an aluminum rear?

On my '21 Mojave I replaced the factory rear bumper with the Rock Hard aluminum bumper. Saved a lot of weight vs. going with steel and it offers rear corner protection that the factory bumper doesn't offer. I also run a Rock Hard mid-width front aluminum bumper which does weigh less than the...
