I just installed one myself and mine went right on. Hardest part for me was getting the cable hooks in the little holes on the back. I love this thing wish I had bought one sooner.

I would use the factory tourqe specs 110.

My setup has parts from a few different companies but I can say the parts from clayton have been quality stuff. I also have parts from metalcloak and their stuff has been great also.

Mine bolts up using the spots on the axle where the original swaybar links bolted up. So if you cut those off I’d say your only option would be to weld some back on. You can see here where mine bolts up.

I went 5.13s in mine.

It handles a little different but I quickly got use to it. I try to drive it like a truck or jeep and not like a sports car.

I have Antirock front swaybar.

I’m running metalcloak inners also. What little I have been able to take it Offroad it has done good with no rubbing.

It’s supposed to be 2” on rubicon and closer to 3” on sports.

I wouldn’t stack spacers. Call Roughcountry and see if they have any suggestions.

Measure to the bottom of the rock rail behind the front wheel and to the bottom in front of the rear wheel. See what those measurements are. The fender gap on these trucks can be deceiving.

I would do both if you can get the rubicon stuff that cheap. It and the 3/4 spacer would be a nice setup.

I used a soildering iron on mine to heat up the material in the hole then ran a tap right through it. Worked really good on mine.

Check out metalcloaks steering kit also. They are running a sale today. I was back and forth between theirs and rpm on mine. Figured I’d try the aluminum stuff this go around.

Went looking for a hydro blue couldn’t find one. Wife liked the stingray wasn’t my first choice but it has grown on me and get compliments all the time on the color. Also like the sarge and gobi.
