I'm looking to add a 12V power point and double USB power point to the rear seat area but before I get too far into planning, I thought I'd research factory pieces.
Is there or was there an optional power point available for the back of the center console facing rear seats? It would seem a...
Rain changes everything at Windsock. If its rained in the previous 3 days to your visit, expect side slipping resulting in rear fender/taillight damage. I ran 16 on 37s, 3.5" lift with no issues but it was bone dry (a rarity). Its a fun area with plenty for every ability/risk group.
I had a leak but on left side. Noticed at oil change, 20994 miles.
Dealer was super helpful, 6 days in shop waiting for parts. Replaced entire axle shaft as a unit.
I know this is an older post, I'm installing mine when I return from EJS. Did you not consider the Powertrays mount system? That's what I'm using. Goes on drivers side, up again cowl. Very slick.
When I put Adams shafts in I remember those were a nightmare. Bolt is about 2.5" long and had 1.5" covered in thread locker. That head has a name but it escapes me. I used a harden torque bit T50 and impact driver. Not the big impact gun, 3/8 impact driver. It was still a bear.
I've finally gotten started on the process for a new specialty plate showcasing the offroad lifestyle in Virginia. The success of the Tennessee plate inspired me to get it done. It is a LONG process, but every journey starts with the first step. If you want, you can join the FB group...
Glad to see TN isn't the only one with a lengthy process. I have started the process in Virginia, waiting to get sponsorship from a legislator, then it really drags on. Hopefully spring 2025. At least the state admits to it taking two years.
Yeah, I'm hoping its not permanent restrictions. I know when I registered for EJS it kicked Elephant Hill off my list because the reg system sees my vehicle and doesn't allow it. Hopefully you'll make it. That was the only non 7-8 rated trail I wanted.
Good luck.
May need to rethink Elephant Hill. Access control by NPS allows very very few vehicles per day and NO vehicles over 118" wheelbase. That means no full size and no Gladiators. Its due to a particular zig-zag section getting damaged by vehicles too long.
Many of these new, very new, restrictions...
Here's link to their fit guide. Looks like the smooth 2.0 first model is 0-1.5" lift. Check part number on shock and look on the grid for recommendation.
I have 2.0 with my Clayton 3.5" and really like them...
