Status update: "KZ T" today with estimated arrival of 10/25 in Utah (rail yard). Dealer said 1 to 7 days after for delivery to them in Idaho. It's going to be a long week.

Trail Rail system bolts are M6x1.0 (4 per side and 4 along the front) this does not include the nut certs on the sides near the top of the tailgate. The front corner bolts use by the factory tonneau cover are M8x1.25. Hope this helps, length of bolts depends on your project.

For the 12V outlet you could use the AUX switch setup for a Batt (always on) interior outlet. The connection wires are routed next to the battery and behind the glove box as well. Just program the switch through the radio.

JK/JKU: there is an allen head screw that connects the exterior handle to the latch on the JK's. It fell out into the bottom of the tailgate on my JKU, 30 second search on the internet got me the answer. Dealer had to order an entire latch for a small screw.
