It is your money, but keep in mind American manufacturing jobs are very stressed right now.
Cooper = made in USA
Mastercraft = made in USA
Milestar = made in Taiwan
By the way, i run the 37 bfgs so i can fit the soare underneath. You are right, they are a shorter 37, but that suited my needs.
The nut should be torqued to 177 ft/lbs and use red loctite. It takes a big socket 42mm ( I used 1-11/16") you will soend 3x the cost of the nut on the socket. :clap:
This is crazy to hear about the issues with the new box. From what you describe I would think the steer smarts drag link with attenuator would be worth looking at.

If you want something that rolls smooth and true, that is also quiet...then you should definitely get a set of super swamper boggers from interco. Also, skip the 35s and go straight 37 x 13.5. Remember if it starts to hop off road, then you need to stay in the gas to smooth things out.
Highway Update: truck is greatly improved from the constant sway and associated overcorrecting. Of course the play in the wheel is still there, but it is just that backlash in the box and not backlash + box deflection. That combo Was tiresome on long drives. You can feel the road more and this...
I do not have the steel gearbox. Unfortunately I dont have confidence in my local dealer to do the tsb work correctly. It is not so bad that I cant stand it. I only drive the glad 3 days per week and it was only fatiguing on 8+ drives. Now it has less sway and feels very sturdy.
First impressions: front end feels very solid now, I did not have to do as much correcting and everything is quiet and smooth. The real test will be on the interstate tomorrow.
Picked up this brace and slapped it on in about an hour. Install was really smooth, but here is a pro tip: read the instructions! I had to flip the track bar bolt around and re-torque. The flip gives the now longer bolts clearance on the axle side during full compression. I really liked this...
