Had a similar experience last August.

I've had zero issues with my powder coating.

That's my attitude as well. If they want it bad enough take it. I'm not going to spend my life worrying about it. I'll just sort it out with my insurance company.

People push the envelope all the time. Personally I wouldn't risk going with anything over an 11.5" wide tire on a 7.5" wheel.

I ordered it that way. I like the optional wheels. Do not like the steelies.

And there's the problem. Looks like both brackets are bent to some degree.

Everything done. Looks like there is an issue with the drivers side fog light bracket.

Rugged Ridge Arcus installed today.

LOL Thanks for being the one to make me feel like a moron. That was it. Can't believe I missed that.

Wondering if anyone has run across this with the fog light brackets with the Arcus bumper. If you look at the first pic everything snugs up fine. In the second pic you can see the tabs from the heat sink are right against the bracket before even tightening. Thoughts??

My Black Diamond just arrived at the dealer the other day. Salesmen sent me this pic. According to the Ford tracker it was still awaiting transport. I'm walking away. Don't have a warm fuzzy with all of the QC issues.

I think it looks good as is. I'd stay like that. Unless you want the little extra flex room.

I still have a few years to decide on mine. If they don't come out with Chief Blue for the Gladiator in that time, or if they haven't drastically improved the quality of the Bronco by then I'll be buying mine out. Unless of course I start having issues with it. I've been 14k miles trouble free...
