Dude i hate you are going through this crap. I can vouch for the acrylic barrier on mine that it has taken some hits and is still in perfect shape. except for the most minuscule pits that you have to try really hard to see. And it has built in UV protection.

Why does the Warn Zeon XP12-5 look like a carbon copy of the Badlands 12,00 Apex? from the casing, to the wire box, to the removable flap for the winch cable on top. It's exactly like my Badlands.. Or am just seeing things?

Finally got around to the finished product of several projects in the past week. Although I didn't crawl under the girl to take photos of the PPE trans pan and trackbar/sector shaft brace. It's a work in progress. May take to Lebanon where I know where a few trails exist, but not very challenging.

Installed steps on rear doors for when I put the half rack on! Pics to come. I have to rest a day after the last couple of weeks straight mods. Still have CavFab tie rod ends to install, as well as upper and lower adjustable control arms. Does it ever end?.

Did away completely with the aux battery!. been a couple of months and no problems. I'm waiting for the original one to poop the bed so I can get the H7 94R AGM bigger battery!.
