Hmmm, mine's a different design....Held on by the 4 bolts but did not connect to the bumper like yours.....I ditched the plastic bumper anyway.... I'll take and post a pic tomorrow.....

There are two mounting bolts for each side of the Rubicon skid plate. They should be about 8-10 inches apart..... two on the left and two on the right......

I posted my mod a while back.... I used some sheet metal for the plate....same lights too! They work great and light up the area well!

I'll take Sand over Glitter any day! Glitter thing happened to me yesterday, someone mailed a Christmas card stuffed with the damn stuff, threw the mail on the seat and POOF out comes glitter all over!

"Frenched" in some rear Aux lighting... took a bit more time than I figured but they came out fine.... 1) removed rear reflectors 2) made a template 3) trimmed bumper frame 1/8 inch for clearance 4) mock up/paint/install/wiring to Aux 4 Cost ... Lights from Amazon $25, metal backing plate $5...

Interesting.... note the service tag #823 through the windshield... just fixed? or possibly the tow lot marker since it doesn't appear burned...

Technically, you could do a "plaid" pattern but it would be awfully expensive and labor intensive to have the tint guy do it.... he could use light color tint and then overlay a second layer of 2" strips 90 degrees to the first.....

They have cutting templates for each vehicle window at tint shops.... makes it easier and a more efficient use of materials...... it is not a pattern in the tint, lol!

I had already looked at those lights and figured they could be trimmed to fit in the existing space... ordering them today and will begin mock up once they arrive..... picked up and 9" LED light bar from harbor freight and mounted it on my roller fairlead.... decent lighting for the price... and...

I've been looking to do this exact mod.... taking measurements and looking at light options.... Now I know it'll work out... thanks for posting this!
