Red is the default. I think some got other colors when there were shortages of parts, but I could be mistaken.

My JK, with a steel steering gear, factory spec from the FSM is 87 ft lbs. So, if you're going to 99/100, I think you're well within range.

Check tire pressure... I live in Ohio and my psi dropped from 30 -> 25 on my KO2 37's when the temp dropped.

I have the KO2 37's in the D2 load range. I run at 29psi cold in the summer, and closer to 26psi cold in the winter. It has great road manners, to me at least.

I still can't believe how expensive CMM stuff is... crazy to me.

I'll be honest, for $60 it's probably worth it unless you enjoy tinkering with automotive electronics (which I do - but I'm a nerd) I'm still going to post my write up, but for anyone who wants the "easy button" the eBay link is the way to go.
