So I just paid $2,171 for Platinum coverage, 10 year, 100k miles, $250 deductible through the dealership. I was also quoted $1,350 for 8 year, 75k miles, $200 deductible. Just for comparison and transparency.

Admittedly I haven't read much about it, but does anyone happen to know if the Auxbeam below is capable of designating latching/momentary? Any other significant limitations? Wanting to do this very soon.

One question out of naivety. If you purchase an extended warranty for 8y/125k miles, does that run concurrent with the manufacturers warranty of 3y/36k basic and 5y/100k powertrain? Or can you specify to have it take over after the default warranties expire? Should be cheaper then, right? The...
