  1. What have you used 400w plug in bed for?

I don't know if any of the other models have the wiring like the Rubicon has but I was able to buy the port dash piece and switch for $200.00. Took about an hour to install so if you are looking for that option I have a parts list I can give you. At least for the Rubicons the wiring is already...
  2. What the hell is up with the Euro spec Gladiator?

Im sad they dont offer the JTR over there. I still have friends that live there and are pissed at how much the overlands go for. They are optioned way better than ours here, but for 73,000 Euro base price I understand why. I do miss turning heads and being the odd duck out esp driving on the...
  3. What the hell is up with the Euro spec Gladiator?

The "Lunch bench" bumpers can be replaced with a steel in Germany. The TUV kindly reminded me when I had my 15' JKR with factory steel on that I can only have that if I install a winch. Weird law. Also most if not all export models of the JT/JL do not have an aluminum hood, they are steel...
  4. MOPAR A-Pillar bracket side light.

Sweet! yeah good thread to read up on. I don't think ill go with the cheaper of the lights. I want to use it as a side white light. The lights I'm looking at are 1100 lumens each so it should cast a good amount to the right and left. I need to do some measurements when I get round to...
  5. LED Light Suggestions....

There are endless possibilities when it comes to the Lights, style, brackets and cost. I happen to buy all MOPAR accessories such as the winch guard bar for the steel bumper, a pillar brackets and the 5 and 7 inch lights. I didn't want to crush the bank so I found whole sale places such as BAM...
  6. New to the gladiator, not to jeeps

I would have to agree with the factory sensors. If you have two different sets of tires and they arnt the same brand and style they are almost always going to be different sizes regardless of what the side wall says. In that case I would buy additonal TPMS sensors and also a Tazer Mini so...
  7. Let’s see your cockpit view!

Yeah its been slower for helicopters vs fixed-wing on the glass upgrades. I've flown both steam and glass and its night and day.
  8. Let’s see your cockpit view!

    Calm before the storm 2021
  9. MOPAR A-Pillar bracket side light.

Ive found some "police" light strips that can be bought in white that are around 1100 lumens per side. You would have to mess with the patterns to get to the solid on, but it looks simple to do...
  10. MOPAR A-Pillar bracket side light.

    Awesome thanks!
  11. MOPAR A-Pillar bracket side light.

So I'm about to install my a-pillar light brackets and I came across a picture someone posted on Quadratec with what looks like a side LED light strip that mounts flat to the side. I've searched around and for the life of me could not find something that looks the same. I was thinking of doing...
  12. Mopar Trailer brake controller

Getting the 12v cigarette plug socket out was the biggest pain in my a$$. It honestly was easier installing the bed plug outlet and new switch/panel on the dash. I will never convert it back regardless.
  13. 2023 Gladiator Order Banks Are Now Open!

I question it as factory color due to the windshield hinges. I haven't seen black covers for those. Could be wrong though.
  14. Mopar Trailer brake controller

When you first start the Jeep look at the controller, the top number will be illuminated red and will go off after 15 seconds. The controller will only light up when a trailer is plugged into the 7pin and not the 4. Once connected with a trailer that has electronic brake controller...
  15. Please Help - - - Air filters w/ part#s

Ordered mine off Amazon. PN: 33-5076 (3.6 Version) I would also recommend you buy the cleaning kit along with it. It does come pre oiled, but when its time for cleaning you don't want to be left trying to find the oil somewhere.
  16. What is an unpopular opinion you have in the Jeep community?

efdiantly Id have a clever name on the side. Something like "Chaz Street sweeper" or "San Francisco side walk cleaning services"
  17. What did you do TO your Gladiator today? [ADMIN WARNING: NO POLITICS, NO GUN TALK]

Spend some time this weekend and finally installed the winch and MOPAR 7 inch off-road lights. Food for thought… saving a penny by buying the steel version of the winch and replacing it with synthetic…. Not worth it.
  18. K&N vs MOPAR engine oil filter

That's what I was thinking as well, plus god forbid anything happened to engine I know Jeep would void the warranty due to another brand filter.
  19. K&N vs MOPAR engine oil filter

I have the K&N engine air filter and agree with you 100%, but im asking about the oil filter. Just seeing if there is anything to benefit the extra cost over the MOPAR engine oil filter.
  20. K&N vs MOPAR engine oil filter

Recently I changed the oil in my JTR. I always use MOPAR oils and filters, but when purchasing everything I came across a K&N oil filter for the 3.6. I love their air filters but do their oil filters perform any better than stock ones?
