MOPAR A-Pillar bracket side light.

So I'm about to install my a-pillar light brackets and I came across a picture someone posted on Quadratec with what looks like a side LED light strip that mounts flat to the side. I've searched around and for the life of me could not find something that looks the same. I was thinking of doing this using a white LED as a side light as well. If anyone knows where I can find something like this please let me know. Also do yall think it looks good?

That looks like one of the many interior LED lights available. Unless it's an outdoor rated light, it won't work for very long. How it looks depends on who's looking at it. How useful it is would be my concern.

Ive found some "police" light strips that can be bought in white that are around 1100 lumens per side. You would have to mess with the patterns to get to the solid on, but it looks simple to do.

We use that type of light on almost all of our fire apparatus. They definitely have ones that are made for exterior use. Completely sealed.

Sweet! yeah good thread to read up on. I don't think ill go with the cheaper of the lights. I want to use it as a side white light. The lights I'm looking at are 1100 lumens each so it should cast a good amount to the right and left. I need to do some measurements when I get round to installing the brackets.

checked those, they look nice. I may order the white/amber split so that I can have turn signals on the side too. This may reduce the 1100lumens of white light though

If you stop and think about it, color matched cowl pieces WITH the LED lights in them, it's not that bad of a price for a set of them.

That is a good price, for what you get. I just can't bring myself to pay that much, right now. As much as I would like them, I can't justify the purchase. In three years of having this truck, I have not yet needed them.
