  1. No V8 JT

I was waiting for someone to bring this up! Thank you. The Hurricane is what I am looking forward to! Not a 4xe. ?
  2. Chick-fil-A employee called a hero for tackling a carjacker outside restaurant.

And guess what the vehicle was? A Gladiator Mojave. Watch your backs out there.
  3. Oil change at dealership led to huge engine problems

With that said, there was room for improvement in the training dept.
  4. Oil change at dealership led to huge engine problems

Not really. As an ASE certified tech for thirty years (retired), I have seen it ALL. From no oil in engines (and those vehicles coming back on a flatbed with a seized engine) to many vehicles coming off hoists due to the lift pads placed incorrectly on vehicle. One fell from the highest position...
  5. Oil change at dealership led to huge engine problems

Tech? I am doubting an actual technician did the oil change in the first place. Most dealers have an "express" or "quick" lube bay completely separate from where the certified techs perform service work. My dealer is no exception. I was watching that area once when I was there waiting for a...
  6. New Member

Welcome to the Jeep world! Cherry looking ride if I say so myself! ?
  7. A simple tool to help with tire removal and installation.

Ordered and received my Trac Tire Jack tool. Very well-made, heavy-duty tool. Did two tire rotations over the weekend. After the first one, I knew that it was worth the money to me. Made things so much easier and a REAL back saver with my 33's!
  8. Brand new 8 speed at 14,980 miles

Oh, I still work every day. Just not in the "field" any longer. Sitting still makes me crazy!
  9. Brand new 8 speed at 14,980 miles

Thank you for your insight. As a retired ASE tech, it is refreshing to hear current dealership policies.
  10. Your Sticker vs 2023 Build and Price

I ordered my 2022 in February right after the Jan. price increase and came in at $59,200 MSRP. I built a 2023 on Jeep.com exactly the same way and came up at $1,000 higher. Considering the rate of inflation, I expected more.
  11. Let's see your 285/75 17 tires

285/70R17 KO2's on mine. Stayed with the stock 33" Mojave size.
  12. Gladiator fuel overflowing.

    That sounds unpleasant. :(
  13. Tire swap question: Rubicon to Sport S

If your JT was built before 6/21 you have the first design TPMS. Keep that in mind whatever way you decide to go! :)
  14. Gladiator fuel overflowing.

Full tilt fill-up until it kicks off for me. Not a drop to be seen.
  15. Trickle Charger Through 7-Pin Connector

I installed a pigtail from the battery to the grill. Fast and easy.
  16. ⚡️ 2024 Jeep Recon EV Revealed! [ADMIN WARNING: NO POLITICS]

I will keep it simple. The Recon is not a terrible looking vehicle, but I will never own one. I will continue to support the internal combustion engine as long as I possibly can. Nothing to debate.
  17. Yet another goodbye

Agreed. I love my Mojave but at times I do miss the 2020 Laramie that I traded. The Hemi being one of those things. However, it's crazy to get SO much attention with my JT (not to mention the sheer fun of driving it). I grin every time I get in it at the start of my day. I never got that...
  18. 2023 Toyota Tacoma Gets Beat by the 2023 Jeep Gladiator

Hooray!! I resisted to take the link click bait! I am proud of myself.
  19. Since the JT is NOT considered a true 1/2 Ton

Probably still living with the concrete power in every nook and cranny as well! How fitting for a Del Sol.
